For holistic counselling that incorporates physical, emotional, mental and spiritual dimensions, Sophie offers a service informed by a breadth of Eastern and Western psychological theories and philosophies.
She believes an integrated therapeutic approach that considers the ‘whole’ person is essential to thoroughly understand and explore issues, and ascertain how best to resolve them to restore balance for each client.
Sophie is experienced in working through issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, low self-esteem, stress management, life transitions and childhood developmental difficulties. She has particular expertise in working with children, culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) individuals, and trauma.
Drawing upon the wisdom of each client, Sophie uses a range of client-centred and creative processes to help you moving forward to attain therapeutic goals.
As well as helping you work through issues, Sophie will teach you how to maintain long-term psychological wellbeing, to promote a rich and fulfilling life.
