Erin incorporates a variety of techniques in her treatments, including remedial massage, soft tissue therapy, cupping, dry needling, stretching, joint mobilisations and corrective exercise instruction to fully address your condition.
After a full assessment, Erin will not merely treat symptoms but find and treat the cause of your pain. She encourages her patients to play an active role in their ongoing health and treatment, with instructions for daily corrective exercises and stretching techniques.
Muscucloskeletal conditions affect almost one third of Australians. Erin commonly treats a variety of musculoskeletal complaints including acute and chronic back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, headaches, tendinitis and sporting injuries, as well as more complex conditions such as osteoarthritis and osteoporosis.
Erin has a special interest in treating performance artists such as musicians, dancers, and vocalists, but welcomes all clients and any queries you may have about musculoskeletal therapy and how it may benefit you.
